missing part

Received product through 3rd party missing cap on top rail of chair. ordered March 3/24/23 shipped 3/27/23 rcv'd 3/30/23 opened 3/31/23 found part missing called c/s message stated all c/s busy leave name & # and call will returned no return call. Sent email 3/31/23stating what part was missing as well as picture of part a plastic cap. By April 4th had no reply resent email as well as picture I event first picture was not rcvd. First email requested a replacement part as well as my contact info no reply as of 4/22/23. Poor C/S follow through other reviewed comments seem to be true company does not support their product or respond tocustomers.

Our Customer Service team did various searches in all email folders which looks through the inbox, sent box, voicemails, completed customer emails that we keep, etc. We could not find anything under your name related to furniture/from this year.
